How it Works

Do NOT pay an advance fee (Fee without service performed).
 
It is against the law in many states to collect any advance fees for a Loan Modification. We do not collect an advance fee. We collect for work done and provide you with a complete package should you want to attempt a Modification on your own. Our package will analyze your income, expense, mortgage balance and interest rate ect. and develop a modification plan that will make sense to your Lender/Servicer and is al most similar to the process most Lenders/Servicers use.
 
Ask if you are given a 3 day right of recession
 
Most Loan Modification Companies would not give you this right which is required in some states. Someone in distress deserve to have a cooling off period to rethink spending thousands of dollars that some companies charge.
 
What we do and how we do business
 
·            The first step is to email or call us with your questions
·            Click on the GETTING STARTED on our website; download and gather the documents checking off as you get them
·            Check on the EXPRESS PREQUAL download application package fill out
 
We will send you a full application package to suit your request. Fill out and Fax the complete application to 561 713-2694 with your credit card charge form; WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD UNTIL THREE DAYS HAS PASSED. Before the 3rd day should you change your mind and decide to resend the application, we will not charge your card.
 
During the 3 days rescission period we will input your file and test your qualification for a modification; if you do not qualify we will not charge your card. If you qualify we will prepare your Modification package and once the 3 days rescission period is over we will charge your card and Express your package to you; please understand that since we complete work for you this fee becomes non-refundable.
 
You call your Lender’s Loss Mitigation Department and submit the package either by Fax or Mail. You then follow up every week to follow the progress of your file. You are allowed support by us by email and should we believe we need to talk to you we will call you.
 
Should you wish that we handle the entire modification process; we will need a notarized Letter of Authorization; we will then call your Lender/Servicer and speak on your behalf. The first half of the fee for this service is billed once we contact your Lender/Servicer and starts the negotiating process. This is payable one fourth in two weeks and one fourth in the following two weeks. The balance of one half is payable upon a modification offer from your Lender/Servicer that results in a reduction of your Principal and Interest portion of your payments.
